I’m a chef through and through—I’ve spent years creating and executing menus at some of Lincoln’s most elite restaurants, bringing bold flavors to the table. Along the way, I’ve picked up a few event awards—Savor the City (2015, 2016, 2019, 2023) and Chocolate Lover’s Fantasy (2020). Now, I’m channeling that experience into Fierce Bites, while also working as a culinary educator and wrapping up my MBA. Oh, and most importantly, I’m completely obsessed with my cat… and all cats, really.
